The Boiling Crab in San Jose, CA

I came here at The Boiling Crab twice for the crawfish in Cajun style. The frozen crawfish costs USD$7 per pound (seaonal price), and the fresh one costs about USD$10 per pound (seaonal price). They don’t always have the fresh one, so for my very first visits, they only offered the frozen ones, and of course, there are some differences in terms of taste and texture. For the first time, I ordered with the best spiciest, and it was really hot, and I could not fisinh until after a while. For the second time, I ordered medium spicy, and it was fine until you reached the end where most hot sauce were concentrated in one area. If you put some other food into the hot sauce, and you could still feel it. It’s still very hot. Next time I will just order mild spicy, and see how it goes.
